The Youth Alpha course is an opportunity for anyone to explore the Christian faith in a relaxed, non-threatening way over fifteen thought-provoking sessions.

It's low key, friendly and fun. Participants get to ask any questions they want and chat through issues in a place where their views are respected.

Youth Alpha is run by youth for youth. Young people present the Youth Alpha material to their peers, in the form of live talks and small group facilitation. It is a peer to peer model of evangelism. The youth get their hands dirty whilst the youth leaders/pastor mentors them through the process...

The course covers the key beliefs of Christianity including who Jesus is, what prayer and the bible are and who the Holy Spirit is.  It can be used as both an evangelistic and discipleship course.

The beauty of the YA course is that it is just a skeleton of a programme, each individual youth group can shape it for and tailor it to the youth they are trying to reach!
